ABSTRACT
This paper delves into the Indian Constitution through the lens of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar’s perspective, offering a nuanced exploration of his thoughts and contributions to the constitutional framework. Ambedkar, a key architect of the Indian Constitution, played a pivotal role in shaping its principles and values. The research examines Ambedkar’s vision, analyzing his role in drafting the constitution, his philosophical underpinnings, and the socio-political context that influenced his decisions. By studying the Indian Constitution from Ambedkar’s standpoint, this research aims to uncover the depth of his influence on the foundational document of India, providing insights into the intersection of constitutional law and Ambedkar’s vision for a just and inclusive society.
